From initial consultation to candidate presentation typically takes 2-3 weeks. The complete global hiring process including interviews and selection takes 4-6 weeks. Visa processing (if needed) adds another 4-6 weeks.
If our initial candidates don’t meet your expectations, we continue searching at no additional cost until we find the right fit. We’re committed to your satisfaction.
Absolutely. We regularly handle bulk recruitment projects from 10 to 100+ workers. We offer volume discounts for larger hiring needs.
If a placed worker leaves or doesn’t meet expectations within the first 3 months, we will find and place a replacement at no additional recruitment fee. You only pay for visa processing if applicable.
Visa and work permit processing is a separate service. We can bundle recruitment with our visa consulting service for a complete solution, or you can handle visas independently.
