Many employers provide accommodation or housing allowance. If not provided, we help you find affordable housing near your workplace and can arrange shared accommodation with other international workers in our agency shared house.
You’ll need a valid passport (minimum 6 months validity), recent medical certificate, police clearance certificate, educational certificates, work experience letters, and passport-sized photos. We’ll guide you on obtaining these.
From application to arrival typically takes 8-12 weeks, including job matching (2-3 weeks), contract signing (1 week), visa processing (4-6 weeks), and travel arrangements (1-2 weeks).
Salaries vary by industry and position. Entry-level positions typically range from €400-600 per month, skilled positions €600-900 per month. All salaries meet Albanian minimum wage requirements and are paid on time. That being said the wages vary from your job.
Basic English is sufficient for most positions. Some employers prefer Albanian language skills, but we match you based on your current abilities. We also offer basic Albanian language resources to help you adapt.
