Recruitment fees range from €800-1,200 per worker depending on position. Hospitality workers typically earn €400-800 monthly plus tips, accommodation, and meals. Volume discounts available for hiring 10+ staff.
Yes. Many of our candidates have worked in international hotels, resorts, cruise ships, or hospitality chains. We verify all previous employment and can provide workers with specific experience levels you require.
For guest-facing roles (reception, waiters, guest services), we prioritize candidates with good English communication skills. For back-of-house positions (housekeeping, kitchen), basic English is sufficient.
Yes. We recruit for both seasonal contracts (6-8 months for summer season) and year-round positions. Many coastal hotels hire seasonally while Tirana hotels hire year-round.
Most hotels provide staff accommodation as part of the employment package. If your property doesn’t have staff housing, we have our own accomodation building for all the foreign staff.
We provide a 3-month replacement guarantee. If any hospitality staff doesn’t perform to your standards or leaves early, we provide a replacement at no additional recruitment fee.
