Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt q\u00eb mund t\u00eb gjenin ishin ose t\u00eb pakualifikuar, t\u00eb paaft\u00eb p\u00ebr t'u besuar, ose k\u00ebrkonin paga q\u00eb nuk p\u00ebrshtateshin me buxhetet e projektit. Procesi i dokumentacionit u menaxhua nga fillimi n\u00eb fund. Kur pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt mb\u00ebrrit\u00ebn, ata ishin gati p\u00ebr pun\u00eb brenda pak dit\u00ebsh.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Tre muaj m\u00eb von\u00eb, pronari raportoi se produktiviteti n\u00eb kantierin e tyre ishte p\u00ebrmir\u00ebsuar ndjesh\u00ebm. Pun\u00ebtor\u00ebt vinin \u00e7do dit\u00eb, punonin gjith\u00eb turnin dhe nuk k\u00ebrkonin mbik\u00ebqyrje t\u00eb vazhdueshme e ndjekje q\u00eb kishin lodhur p\u00ebrgjegj\u00ebsit e tij lokal\u00eb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Q\u00eb at\u00ebher\u00eb ai ka pun\u00ebsuar pun\u00ebtor\u00eb shtes\u00eb p\u00ebrmes Fenix.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"contained\">\n<h2 class=\"gb-text gb-text-d8e567b8\">Hoteli q\u00eb nuk mundi t\u00eb hapet me kapacitet t\u00eb plot\u00eb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"gb-text gb-text-a49fa331\">Nj\u00eb hotel i sapohapur n\u00eb Rivier\u00ebn Shqiptare kishte investuar shum\u00eb n\u00eb objektet e tij. Dhomat ishin p\u00ebrfunduar. Restoranti ishte gati. Zonat e jashtme ishin t\u00eb p\u00ebrfunduara. Por kur afrohej sezoni i ver\u00ebs, ata kuptuan se do t\u00eb kishin nj\u00eb problem serioz: nuk kishin mjaftuesh\u00ebm personel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Sh\u00ebrbimi i pastrimit t\u00eb dhomave ishte problemi m\u00eb i madh. Ishte e v\u00ebshtir\u00eb t\u00eb gjendeshin kandidat\u00eb lokal\u00eb dhe shkalla e rotacionit t\u00eb stafit ishte e lart\u00eb \u2014 shum\u00eb punonj\u00ebs u larguan p\u00ebr mund\u00ebsi t\u00eb tjera n\u00eb mes t\u00eb sezonit, duke e l\u00ebn\u00eb hotelin n\u00eb v\u00ebshtir\u00ebsi. Kuzhina kishte munges\u00eb stafi.
